1. Rhythm & Flow (Month-of & Day-of Coordination)

For families who have nearly everything planned but need someone to assist with the final preparation to ensure everything runs smoothly.

✔ Pre-event consultation meeting to review the timeline and logistics

✔ Finalize details and confirmations with all vendors, incl. set-up needs and arrival times

✔ Detailed event timeline creation and distribution to vendors
✔ On-site coordination with venue staff and vendors for smooth execution of set-up, transitions, key moments and event breakdown
✔ Troubleshooting and handling last-minute issues

✔ Assist with welcoming and guiding guests to designated areas.
✔ Point of contact for vendors, venue, and host family

2. Party Perfect (Partial Planning)

For families who are seeking more guidance and help as things heat up with the planning.

✔ Identification of any final vendors (e.g., swag/favors, additional entertainment)

✔ Additional meetings to stay organized, track planning milestones and map out key moments (e.g., candle lighting, speeches, etc.)

✔ Coordinating with décor vendor(s) to review mock-ups and finalize plans

✔ Pre-event site visit and walkthrough

✔ Guest experience support (seating, entrances, special accommodations)

3. Ultimate Celebration (Full event planning)

For families who want a more hands-off experience in organizing and managing the entire event.

✔ Monthly check-ins to ensure smooth planning

✔ Assistance with invitation wording and guidance on RSVP tracking & follow-up

4. Signature Soiree (Full event planning, including venue identification)
